Register your business as an MSME through the Udyam Registration Portal and unlock government benefits, priority lending, subsidies, and statutory advantages with expert assistance.
Udyam Registration is the official registration for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) under the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (MSMED Act, 2006) and the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Notification S.O. 2119(E) dated 26 June 2020, as amended from time to time. Registration is completely online and is based on the PAN and Aadhaar of the applicant.
The classification of an enterprise as Micro, Small, or Medium is determined based on the criteria of investment in plant and machinery or equipment and annual turnover, as notified by the Government. Udyam Registration enables eligible businesses to avail benefits such as collateral-free loans under government schemes, priority sector lending, protection against delayed payments under Section 15 to Section 24 of the MSMED Act, 2006, eligibility for various subsidies, concessions in government tenders and other promotional schemes.
Our experts provide end-to-end assistance in determining eligibility, preparing the application, completing the online registration process, and obtaining the Udyam Registration Certificate.
