Obtain DPIIT Recognition under the Startup India initiative with expert professional assistance. Unlock eligibility for tax benefits, government schemes, funding opportunities, and regulatory support for eligible startups.
Startup India Recognition is granted by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) under the Startup India Initiative launched by the Government of India. Recognition is governed by Notification G.S.R. 127(E) dated 19 February 2019, issued by DPIIT, as amended from time to time. An eligible entity incorporated as a Private Limited Company, Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) or Registered Partnership Firm may apply for DPIIT recognition, subject to fulfilling the prescribed eligibility conditions, including innovation, development, improvement of products, processes or services, or having a scalable business model with potential for employment generation or wealth creation. DPIIT-recognized startups may become eligible to apply for various government schemes and benefits such as self-certification under specified labour and environmental laws, participation in Startup India programs, easier access to government procurement (subject to applicable conditions), funding support through eligible schemes, intellectual property (IPR) facilitation, and tax incentives under the Income-tax Act, 1961, wherever separately approved and applicable.
Our professionals provide complete assistance in eligibility assessment, documentation, application filing on the Startup India Portal and obtaining the DPIIT Recognition Certificate.
