Obtain EPF and ESIC registration for your establishment with expert assistance. Ensure compliance with labour laws, employee social security regulations, and statutory registration requirements.
Every eligible establishment employing workers is required to comply with the provisions of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 and the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948, subject to the prescribed applicability criteria. EPF Registration is generally mandatory under Section 1(3) of the EPF & MP Act, 1952 for establishments employing 20 or more employees, unless covered earlier through voluntary registration or government notification. ESIC Registration is generally mandatory under Section 1(5) of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 for establishments covered under the Act employing the prescribed minimum number of employees (which varies depending on the applicable State/UT notification) and where employees draw wages within the statutory wage ceiling notified by the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC).
Our professionals assist businesses in determining applicability, obtaining Employer Registration through the EPFO Unified Employer Portal and the ESIC Employer Portal, preparing statutory documentation and guiding employers regarding ongoing compliance, including monthly contributions, employee registration, return filing and maintenance of statutory records.
